Your initial consultation:

Your first session is designed to gain a thorough understanding of your situation and to determine what course of action, if any, is required to further support or explore your needs.

Naturally, the outcome of the session will vary according to the presenting problem.

For example:

• Some further counselling sessions may be recommended.
• Further assessment(s) may be required and will be discussed with you.
• A referral to a relevant specialist may be suggested.

We allow 1 hour for your first consultation. A flat fee of $300 applies.
